Du Jinbiao, Director of the Harmony Ecosystem Promotion Committee and General Manager of Harmony Ecosystem Services, emphasized in his speech that in the face of the global and intelligent era, talent is the core driving force for the continuous prosperity of the Harmony ecosystem. He stated that the Harmony Ecosystem Promotion Committee will actively promote the establishment of unified talent standards and fully open up the two-way channel between industrial development and talent growth, injecting solid and lasting strength into the entire ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At this forum, a senior Harmony evangelist from Huawei indicated that the development of the Harmony ecosystem has entered a stage of accelerated flywheel rotation, and the resulting demand for Harmony talent will continue to grow explosively. Huawei will continue to increase its investment in training resources, technical support, and one-stop services, and work with industry policies, universities, third-party service providers, and developer communities to continuously cultivate Harmony talent. Currently, more than 20 provinces and cities across the country have issued policies to support Harmony talent, and over 400 universities have opened Harmony courses and trained Harmony technical talent through projects such as the Smart Base and industry-university cooperation. Third-party training service providers have empowered more than 300,000 Harmony developers.
