Harmony Ecosystem Conference 2025 Exhibition Area Concludes Successfully: Industries Witness the New Achievements of Harmony Technology Empowering Interconnection

From August 30 to 31, 2025, the Harmony Ecosystem Conference themed "New Scenario・New Experience" was successfully held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian. Hosted by the Global Intelligent IoT Alliance (GIIC) and organized by Harmony Ecosystem Services (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., the conference explored the paths for the Harmony ecosystem to empower various industries and presented a "fully immersive feast" of the deep integration of Harmony technology with these industries through the concurrent Harmony ecosystem exhibition area. Statistics show that the exhibition area gathered nearly 50 Harmony ecosystem-related institutions and enterprises, showcasing over 500 innovative exhibits and solutions. It covered key fields such as communication, security, healthcare, finance, industry, parks, education, and home, and comprehensively displayed the innovative achievements of Harmony technology through dynamic demonstrations and interactive experiences. The exhibition area was open to participants and the general public, receiving more than 5,000 visitors in total, effectively enhancing the social awareness and industry influence of the Harmony ecosystem.

Decoding the Highlights of the Exhibition Area: How Harmony Technology Breaks Industry Bottlenecks and Creates New Growth

For a long time, the smart home industry has faced brand barriers that led to "non-recognition of devices," requiring users to download multiple apps to control products from different brands. In the Smart Home exhibition area, the "Unified Interconnection Protocol for Smart Homes 1.0" achieved cross-brand device interconnection without cloud connection through "localized technical standards." Zhongyi Zhihong OS, developed by China Mobile based on the OpenHarmony platform, is the first home consumption IoT operating system in the industry. Meanwhile, the upgrade of AI capabilities in Zhongyi Zhihong has created a series of Harmony AI hardware, an AI platform, and a range of AI scenarios, achieving the ultimate user experience of "one-word scheduling of home tasks."

In the Smart Industry exhibition area, Hualong Xunda's "Hualong RoboHarmony Intelligent Control Solution" based on Harmony technology has built an "embodied intelligent industrial neuron network" through the distributed capabilities of Harmony. This solution enables efficient collaboration and data interconnection between devices, systems, and enterprises. It adopts a "one-time development, multi-end deployment" model, effectively reducing development costs. The "five-screen" full-scene interaction system covers the entire process of production, management, and maintenance, improving operational efficiency. This solution provides a leapfrog upgrade path from "automation" to "embodied intelligence" for key basic industries such as machine tools and intelligent equipment.

In the Smart Security and Peace exhibition area, police equipment equipped with Harmony technology has restructured the "coordinated combat" capabilities in public safety. For example, the "patrol and control solution" developed by Honghu Security based on Harmony technology has attracted widespread attention. Traditional police equipment, such as smart police cars, law enforcement recorders, and surveillance balls, used to operate independently and could not form a cohesive combat force. However, through the distributed capabilities of Harmony, these devices have achieved "omnidirectional linkage." In a live demonstration, a police officer initiated "edge control" through a smart police car terminal, and the real-time footage captured by the law enforcement recorder was instantly synchronized to the surveillance ball, forming a closed loop of "video retrieval - business process - information sharing." The "near-field control" function enables end-to-end interconnection, allowing devices with different functional characteristics to assist each other. This solution directly addresses the pain point of "data silos" in the field of public safety and provides a ready-to-implement smart police upgrade path for key basic industries such as public security and transportation.

In the Harmony Application exhibition area, the core experience area of the Harmony operating system became a popular focus. Its six major features of "intelligence, security, smoothness, interconnection, refinement, and ease of use" were presented through real-life scenarios, showcasing the experience leap from "functional tools" to "intelligent assistants." For example, participants dragged meeting recordings to the Xiaoyi Assistant, which immediately generated a structured summary. Photo editing, image cutting, and video elimination operations, assisted by AI, made it easy for ordinary users to master. "Tap to connect" redefined device interaction: a phone and a computer could be tapped together to instantly transfer high-definition photos and videos. More notably, the "ecosystem collaboration" capability - unified login with Huawei accounts enabled seamless cross-application data interconnection. Reminders for food delivery, ride-hailing, and flight tickets were integrated through "live windows," making information on clothing, food, housing, and transportation clear at a glance. By integrating Harmony features, the future continues to release collaborative value where "1+1>2."

The Harmony Ecosystem Conference 2025 exhibition area was not only a concentrated review of the implementation results of Harmony technology but also, as a "pain point solver," provided clear guidance for industrial transformation. For demanders facing the dilemma of "unclear path, high trial-and-error costs, and poor system compatibility" in intelligent upgrading, the more than 500 innovative products and solutions covering multiple fields in the exhibition area were like a "customized transformation roadmap." For enterprises still hesitating at the entrance of intelligent transformation and worrying about "high technical barriers, isolated ecosystems, and non-unified standards leading to repeated construction," the open posture of the Harmony ecosystem was like a "transformation key," helping them to seize the opportunity in the wave of "interconnection of all things."

As the Harmony ecosystem deeply penetrates various industries, an industry transformation driven by "new scenarios and new experiences" has already begun. Together with industry partners, we are painting a future picture of intelligent interconnection.
