中国电信终端运营中心副总经理

As the designated alliance interface for China Telecom Group, the Terminal Operation Center assumes responsibility for daily communication duties with the alliance opportunities participate activities increase going forward. Upon arrival discovered many terminal partners previously collaborated encountered heard certain requests expressed collectively.
After landing yesterday, I first visited the nearby Harmony ecosystem demonstration hall and lab here feeling very impressed witnessing various applications catering to government agencies, businesses, and consumers. Hoping that my contributions can be made towards standard-setting, service support, and promoting industries moving forward.
As an operator terminal company as well aspire promote alignment adaptation of terminal standards operators smart home, IoT standards facilitating scaling deployment everyone's terminals sooner rather than later.

General Manager of Ecosystem Marketing Jiangsu Run Kaihong Digital Technology Co., Ltd.

Run Kaihong was established in October 2022, with its parent company Hoperun Technology being a large software listed company in Jiangsu. The company was one of the earliest participants in the construction of the Harmony ecosystem and is a founding member of the OpenHarmony open-source project. Positioned as a terminal operating system distribution vendor, Run Kaihong is committed to providing terminal commercial device operating system distributions and solutions that deeply integrate industry characteristics and business scenarios, targeting vertical industries and various other sectors. By driving and leading the innovation of industry hardware and terminal devices with OpenHarmony industry distributions, Run Kaihong aims to create new "intelligent" production tools for the industry.
We have now entered the era of industrial internet, with the core being the interconnection of all things, and the challenge lies in how to achieve the "intelligent" interconnection of all things. Harmony ecosystem as an advanced terminal-oriented operating system, its technical features perfectly address the challenge of intelligent interconnection of all things, which also lays a solid technical foundation for the GIIC alliance to "provide world-class solutions for the Internet of Things of the future."
Looking back at the more than four years since Harmony ecosystem has been open-sourced, it is not difficult to find that the supply side of the Harmony ecosystem has become increasingly rich, with many manufacturers participating, and more than 800 ecosystem products have passed compatibility testing. We believe that the biggest challenge for the Harmony ecosystem at present is the need to strengthen and improve the demand-side ecosystem, and the urgent need to address is the balanced development of the Harmony ecosystem. We strongly agree with the positioning and mission of GIIC. Regarding the role that GIIC should play in promoting the development of the Harmony ecosystem, we have the following four observations and suggestions:
Industry Dimension
The Harmony ecosystem Promotion Committee under the GIIC alliance has established a comprehensive organizational structure, with professional groups set up vertically and industry committees to be established horizontally. We hope that the initial work of the Promotion Committee can truly integrate and implement Harmony ecosystem standards and certifications at the industry level, ensuring that Harmony ecosystem technology is accepted in the industry, Harmony ecosystem products are recognized by the industry, and thus obtaining extensive deployment opportunities.
Industrial Dimension
We look forward to local governments providing concrete scenarios to drive the implementation of Harmony ecosystem . Governments at all levels have demands for the digital economy and industrial upgrading, but they do not know how to use Harmony ecosystem to achieve these goals. The Harmony ecosystem Innovation Center is a good form, which can achieve a win-win situation for all parties by integrating the government and Harmony ecosystem enterprises.
Talent Dimension
The current members of the alliance are mainly enterprises, with a lack of universities. It is suggested that the alliance can also absorb more university members, widely integrate industry-university-research collaboration, form a real demand for Harmony ecosystem talent in the industry, and achieve a closed loop of talent supply and demand.
Internationalization
The GIIC has a lofty positioning, targeting international organizations such as the GSMA. We look forward to GIIC leading the way to go global, creating a highland of the global intelligent IoT ecosystem, and exerting global influence.
In conclusion, we sincerely wish that GIIC can fully leverage the resources of the platform, maximize the value of the platform, and use the power of the ecosystem to propel the Harmony ecosystem operating system from being usable, to being user-friendly, and ultimately becoming the preferred choice. We hope to ultimately realize the grand vision of GIIC becoming "an industry platform with global influence and credibility."
Zhang Feifei
Deputy Manager of the Comprehensive Management Department, Construction Research Institute, Goliath Technology.

I have been entrusted by the leaders of the China Academy of Building Research to attend this conference and have noticed that our organization should be the only one from the construction industry present here. First, let me briefly introduce the situation of the Academy. Our predecessor was a public institution under the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and after restructuring, it is now managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC). We are the largest scientific research institution in the construction industry, mainly focusing on common technologies and standard-setting for the industry.
In recent years, as the national team of the construction industry, we have actively responded to the country's requirements and done a lot of work in the area of independent controllability. With the strong support of the state, we have developed a fully independent and controllable digital foundation for building information modeling - the BIMBase platform, which has been evaluated by the Telecommunication Technology Labs.
I am very pleased to join the GIIC alliance. As we all know, with the real estate industry entering a major adjustment period, the construction industry is also facing significant adjustments. Currently, we are transitioning from an era of incremental construction to an era of stock construction, with vast application scenarios hidden in cities. Therefore, we are very hopeful to combine the HarmonyOS system with our independently controllable building information modeling foundation to jointly explore the domestic stock market and go international together.
Here, I would like to mention a small request: I hope that the relevant work can be implemented as soon as possible. For us, this is a new field. Although we are familiar with each other, you may not know enough about us. Therefore, we are looking forward to more opportunities for communication and learning to solidify our work.
Fan Hongguang
General Manager of Beijing Zhongke Honglue Technology Co., Ltd.

Zhongke Honglue is a company focused on open-source Harmony ecosystem, directly invested in by Beijing Oriental Zhongke Integrated Technology Co., Ltd. We have been witnessing the development process of China's open-source Harmony ecosystem, from the initial lack of northward and southward support to the gradual maturity we see today, including full support for northward applications.
We believe that at this stage of the development of open-source Harmony ecosystem, what is most needed are industry implementation plans and scenarios. We hope that the alliance can help us take the first step by providing or finding some scenarios to support our implementation.
