On January 29, 2026, the inaugural meeting of the GIIC eSIM IoT Technology Committee was grandly held. GIIC Chairman Gao Tongqing attended and delivered a speech. Wang Qiming, Chairman of China Unicom Huasheng Communications Co., Ltd., and Li Lixin, General Manager, attended and witnessed the establishment of the committee. Dozens of representatives from operators, chip manufacturers, card vendors, terminal enterprises, and testing institutions gathered to jointly witness this important moment in advancing the eSIM IoT industry.

The GIIC eSIM IoT Technology Committee is a specialized branch under the GIIC Alliance, jointly initiated by 29 organizations including China Unicom, China Mobile, China Telecom, and Qingdao Haier Technology. It focuses on technological innovation, standard development, and industrial collaboration in the eSIM IoT field. The establishment of the committee not only fills the gap in the alliance's layout for the eSIM IoT professional domain but also builds a core platform for coordinated development across the entire industry chain, laying a solid foundation for addressing industry pain points and driving standardized industrial upgrading.

会议审议通过了《eSIM物联网技术专委会工作规章》，并选举产生专委会管理团队。中国联通当选为主任委员单位，联通华盛通信有限公司副总经理陈丰伟当选为主任委员，中国移动、中国电信、青岛海尔科技当选为副主任委员单位，联通华盛通信有限公司李佳俊当选为专委会秘书长。GIIC联盟秘书长胡才勇与新当选的专委会主任委员陈丰伟携手，共同为eSIM物联网技术专委会揭牌。

成立大会圆满落幕后，“AI终端新生态沙龙”顺利启幕。来自中国移动、中国电信、诚迈科技、润开鸿、鸿湖万联、锐西智联、银联金卡等单位参会嘉宾踊跃发言、氛围热烈，围绕开源鸿蒙与智能终端行业发展、eSIM产业发展愿景及挑战等碰撞出诸多创新思路。

会议最后，GIIC联盟理事长高同庆为会议总结：

高同庆理事长对eSIM物联网技术专委会的成立表示祝贺，并希望参与单位能携手将专委会打造为输出国际标准、推动AI+eSIM融合创新的“最有力引擎”。

高同庆理事长指出当前AI终端革命的本质，是生态系统的重构，而非单纯技术升级。过去由“手机+APP”主导的盈利模式正面临颠覆，而以华为为代表的中国厂商，正依托自主可控的芯片、操作系统与安全认证体系，构建起区别于海外生态的“中国模式”。

高同庆理事长强调未来真正的竞争不在硬件参数，而在生态话语权——谁能定义“联接即服务”的新范式，谁就能主导下一代智能终端的全球标准。中国自主生态不仅将服务国内市场，更将反向赋能全球，成为全球智能终端发展的重要一极。

数字经济浪潮下，eSIM技术正迎来规模化发展关键拐点，其“空中写卡”“远程管理”等核心优势已渗透到千行百业，成为连接设备、数据与服务的“数字纽带”。此次eSIM物联网技术专委会的成立，是GIIC联盟eSIM物联网产业发展进程中的重要里程碑。未来，专委会将搭建起产业链高效协作的核心平台，破解标准不统一、生态碎片化等行业痛点，推动eSIM技术与人工智能、开源鸿蒙等新技术深度融合，为数字经济与实体经济深度融合注入强劲动力，共同开创万物智联新时代。
