The GIIC Alliance Harmony Ecosystem Promotion Committee Talent Development Group 2025 Launch Meeting was successfully convened at the alliance headquarters in the Shenzhen Futian Free Trade Zone, Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Science Park. This meeting marked the official launch of the Talent Development Group's work, laying a solid foundation for the future development of the Harmony Ecosystem.
The meeting focused on core topics such as the talent development strategy for the Harmony Ecosystem, the organizational structure and work regulations of the working group, and key tasks for 2025. The successful holding of this launch meeting not only set a clear direction for the Talent Development Group's work in 2025 but also laid a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of subsequent tasks. The alliance will take this opportunity to further improve the Harmony talent development mechanism, providing strong talent support for the construction of the Harmony Ecosystem.
The meeting was chaired by Wu Xing, the convener of the GIIC Alliance Harmony Ecosystem Promotion Committee Talent Development Group. Participants included representatives from multiple core ecosystem partners, such as Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., Harmony Ecosystem Service Company, Beijing iSoftStone Education Technology Co., Ltd., Bosa Digital Technology Group Co., Ltd., Chengmai Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Qihong Education Technology Co., Ltd., Kaihong Zhigu (Shenzhen) Digital Industry Development Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Run Kaihong Digital Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Talent Service Center, Shenzhen Xunfang Technology Co., Ltd., and Hongde (Shenzhen) Digital Industry Service Co., Ltd., with over 50 member units participating both online and offline.

An Shuang, the Executive Secretary-General of the GIIC Alliance Harmony Ecosystem Promotion Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He fully affirmed the important role played by the Talent Development Group in promoting the construction of the Harmony Ecosystem and pointed out that talent is the core driving force for the development of the Harmony Ecosystem. He suggested focusing on the following three aspects in the future:
Building a Global Talent Ecosystem for Harmony: Deepening cooperation with universities, research institutions, and enterprises, establishing an international talent exchange platform, and attracting global outstanding talents to join the construction of the Harmony Ecosystem.
Improving the Harmony Talent Training System: Establishing a standardized training mechanism, helping Harmony talents grow rapidly through technical training programs and international exchanges, and meeting the needs of ecosystem development.
Stimulating Talent Innovation Vitality: Providing a broad development space and career rewards for talents through event operations and industry exercises, stimulating innovation vitality, and promoting continuous ecosystem development.

Tang Shuai, the head of the Talent Development Group, gave a detailed introduction to the organizational structure and work plan of the group. Tang Shuai pointed out that the Talent Development Group, as the "vanguard" of industrial development, bears the important mission of providing talent support for the prosperous development of the Harmony Ecosystem. The Talent Development Group is divided into four subgroups: Standard Certification Group, Training Development Group, Operations Group, and Brand Operations Group, each with clear responsibilities and collaborative efforts:
Standard Certification Group: Focusing on the construction of the Harmony talent standard system, formulating talent white papers, job requirements, skill maps, etc., and developing and promoting certification systems to provide scientific guidance for talent training.
Training Development Group: Striving to build a high-quality training system, cultivating Harmony teachers, full-time lecturer teams, part-time lecturer teams, and KOL expert groups, to supply high-quality talents to the Harmony Ecosystem.
Event Operations Group: Responsible for event planning, preparation, and operations, stimulating talent innovation vitality through event activities, promoting learning through competitions, and挖掘 and cultivating outstanding talents.
Brand Operations Group: Responsible for the brand building and promotional activities of the Talent Development Group, planning and hosting Harmony Ecosystem conferences, talent sub-forums, salons, etc., to enhance the influence of the Harmony Ecosystem talent brand.

Wei Wenfeng from Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. provided a detailed introduction to the organizational structure and work regulations of the Talent Development Group. Wei Wenfeng pointed out that the goal of the Talent Development Group is to cultivate and supply Harmony talents in a high-quality and large-scale manner to meet the rapid development needs of the Harmony Ecosystem.

Wu Xing from the Harmony Ecosystem Service Company introduced the key tasks of the Talent Development Group for 2025. In 2025, the focus will be on deeply cultivating Harmony talent training, targeting three major areas: university talent ecosystem, industrial talent ecosystem, and public talent ecosystem, to build a comprehensive Harmony talent ecosystem. The Talent Development Group will work on formulating the Harmony Talent White Paper, Harmony General Talent Standards, and certification training systems, solidifying the talent foundation for the development of the Harmony Ecosystem. Through a standardized and systematic talent training mechanism, high-quality talents will be supplied to the Harmony Ecosystem, contributing to the development of the industry.

Finally, the meeting conducted in-depth discussions on the talent development of the Harmony Ecosystem, with representatives from various companies offering valuable suggestions and clarifying future work directions and goals.
