On November 22, 2024, the first meeting of the GIIC Alliance Harmony Ecosystem Promotion Committee Talent Development Group (preparatory) was successfully held in the conference room on the 6th floor of Building B, Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Science and Technology Park, Futian Free Trade Zone. The purpose of this meeting was to promote the development of talent in the Harmony ecosystem, strengthen cooperation and communication within the alliance, and make full preparations for the talent sub-forum of the inaugural Harmony Ecosystem Conference.
The meeting was chaired by Wu Xing, convener of the Talent Development Group (provisional) of the Harmony Ecosystem Promotion Committee under the auspices of the GIIC Alliance. Attendees included representatives from:

At the beginning of the meeting, the attendees introduced themselves and interacted, laying a good foundation for further in-depth communication. Subsequently, Wu Xing provided a detailed introduction to the background of the GIIC Alliance, the development of the Harmony ecosystem Promotion Committee, and the preparations for the talent sub-forum of the inaugural Harmony ecosystem Conference.
Talent determines the depth of the Harmony ecosystem, and instructors are a key part of talent cultivation. In the following agenda, Tan Shuai, the head of the Harmony ecosystem Promotion Committee Talent Development Group (preparatory), introduced the work ideas and plans of the talent development group. He emphasized that the talent development group will be committed to building an influential team of experts, and through the joint efforts of experts, KOLs, and teachers, cultivate more outstanding talents for the industry and promote the continuous development of the Harmony ecosystem. In addition, the attending experts conducted in-depth discussions on how to strengthen and expand the Harmony ecosystem talent and enhance the influence of the talent development group, and proposed valuable opinions and suggestions.
The meeting also discussed the standards for Harmony ecosystem training instructors and the "GIIC Alliance Distinguished Instructor Program". After discussion, the attendees unanimously agreed to recommend the following 12 instructors as the first batch of distinguished instructor representatives to initiate the relevant processes. At the end of the meeting, the attendees took a group photo at the headquarters of the GIIC Alliance, marking the successful conclusion of the first meeting of the Harmony ecosystem Promotion Committee Talent Development Group.
